Through three tiers of programming and consultation, employers are able to learn more about how to create a work culture that values student leadership development. We recognize that departments across campus are at different stages of engaging in this work, so we designed a process that keeps that work into account.
Increased level of engagement with the Leadership Certificate and/or Leadership Framework in areas of on-boarding, formal evaluations, and recognition.
Extended commitment to the development of student leadership capacity.
